Sherry-Ginger Carrots
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups sliced carrots
1 tablespoon Frieda’s Crystallized Ginger, diced
Steps
Almost too good, easy and quick to be true! Melt butter or margarine in a heavy skillet or saucepan. Add sliced carrots and crystallized ginger, diced. Cover and cook over low heat, only 5 to 7 minutes. DON’T OVERCOOK. Add a tablespoon sherry, stir and serve.
Serve with Ginger Pork Hawaiian and Ginger Rice.
